GROUP RATES

Room Rates

Group room rates on weekends are the same as regular weekend rates as listed on our "rates" page. The only difference is that we do allow you to have the maximum number of occupants in each room including the weekend if your group is taking all the rooms.

Food Service

Catered meals are available for a minimum of 20 people:

Breakfast - $16.00 per person + tax

Lunch - $16.00 per person + tax

Dinner - $18.00 per person + tax

Weekend Lodge Room Rental

For Lodge use on a weekend, your group must take all 13 units on the grounds of Silver Pines

Lodge use is based on Friday 2:00 - Sunday noon. Lodge use is based on normal Lodge hours which are 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Additional hours, including early open and late closing, will be billed at $25 per hour and must be requested in advance.

Lodge Room Rental - without lodging

Allowed Sunday - Thursday Only!

Rates are based on a four hour rental. Time starts when you start setting up. Additional hours after first 4 will be billed at $25 per hour.
